1. Acceptance

By using Chinese Text to Speech at uranbekanarbaev.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. What this service does

Chinese Text to Speech converts Mandarin Chinese text to spoken audio using Tencent Cloud TTS. It is a free tool with no payment required. Optional Google sign-in unlocks history and higher usage limits.

3. Usage limits

Free (anonymous) use is limited to 30 requests and 500 characters per day. Signed-in users receive higher limits. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this service for any lawful personal or professional purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service

5. Intellectual property

The audio files generated are for your personal use. The service itself, its code, and design remain the property of Uranbek Anarbaev.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of audio output, or suitability for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
